TERMS OF USE

By acknowledging these terms of use, you, hereinafter referred to as the "Registrant", agree
to the following terms of use. For this purpose of these terms and conditions,
Karen Rhodes, Happy Homes Realty, 300 Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga, TN 37415
will be referred to as the "Participant."

I.) The Registrant by agreeing to the Terms of Use, does not impose a financial
obligation on the Registrant, or create any representation agreement between
the Registrants and the Participant.

II.) The Registrant acknowledges entering into a lawful consumer-broker relationship
with the Participant.

III.) That all data obtained from the VOW is intended only for the Registrant's
personal, non commercial use.

IV.) That the Registrant has a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease
of real estate of the type being offered through this website.

V.) That the Registrant will not copy, redistribute, or retransmit any of the
data or information provided;

VI.) That the Registrant acknowledges that the ownership of the data found
on this website is the property of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors®.

VII.) An agreement entered into at any time between the Participant and Registrant
imposing a financial obligation on the Registrant or creating representation of the
Registrant by the Participant must be established separately from the Terms
of Use, must be prominently labeled, and may not be accepted solely by a
"mouse-click" or otherwise.
